I give Denise and Jeff Mensa my up most gratitude and appreciation for their quick response to my my life being threatened by the IRS. I had received a letter from the IRS that I had 1 week to have 2 years of Taxes filed with them plus I was told I owed a large sum of money to the IRS I didn’t feel that I had earned enough those 2 yrs to have to file.
The IRS also stated that if I did not pay all in one payment what was owed to them they would contact my employer and have my wages garnished. It was a Tuesday and I had to have everything completed and Submitted to the IRS by the following Monday.

Denise asked me are you ready, I said as ready as I’ll ever be. So, Denise explains in detail format on her computer screen everything about my taxes for those 2 years and to my surprise she said I didn’t owe the IRS anything as a matter fact the IRS owed me! WOW! And what they owed me was more than what the letter from them was asking of me to pay them?
Denise informed me that today we submit everything to them way before the deadline of next Monday as promised and that she Denise was calling them to inform the IRS that she is representing me and my case to not contact me at all and here the verification that my client me didn’t owe them anything.
Denise really goes in to bat for her Clients!! Legally and Professionally!! Denise informed me that the IRS has no grounds to contact me or my employer to garnish my wages now.
I had tears in my eyes and she hugged me and I hugged her back and told her she and Jeff are 2 Angels and that it was meant for me to come to their office at this time. Thank God this is over!! I told her now I can finally have some peace of mind and sleep at night.
